Mariner’s Pier is a thoughtfully designed waterfront townhome community in Orillia, positioned at the narrows between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching. The development consists of 42 luxury townhomes, offering a seamless blend of contemporary architecture and lakeside living. Designed with a modern maritime aesthetic, the townhomes feature a striking façade that incorporates a mix of natural stone, warm wood paneling, and smooth metal accents, evoking a refined yet organic materiality that complements the waterfront setting.

The stepped massing of the townhomes ensures that each residence benefits from unobstructed views of the marina, while private rooftop terraces and spacious balconies extend the living space outdoors. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing allows for ample natural light, reinforcing the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. The large window fenestration not only enhances the sense of openness but also reflects the sky and water, integrating the architecture seamlessly with its environment.
