Park 570

Park 570 is a contemporary mid-rise residential condominium community designed with an emphasis on natural materials, warm tones, and an approachable, human scale. The architecture blends modern lines with traditional detailing, creating a timeless aesthetic that fits comfortably within its landscaped surroundings.

The building features a four-storey structure with a balanced mix of stone veneer, smooth stucco, and horizontal siding. The natural stone elements, in soft grey tones, frame the vertical circulation cores and ground the architecture in a sense of permanence. Stucco façades in muted beige and warm taupe provide a clean, understated backdrop, while horizontal siding adds subtle texture and visual rhythm.

Balconies with glass and aluminum railings offer residents private outdoor space while maintaining the building’s open, airy look. These balconies are framed with wood-toned soffits that bring warmth and a residential character to the otherwise modern façade.

Distinctive cantilevered rooflines with extended overhangs give the building a sleek profile while offering functional shading. Black metal elements, including balcony framing and pergola-style trellises, add contrast against the lighter façades.

The main entry pavilion is designed with transparency and a sense of arrival. A steel-and-glass canopy supported by substantial stone piers marks the entrance, providing shelter while setting a refined architectural tone. Vertical glass panels at the lobby create a strong visual connection between the interior and exterior, welcoming natural light into the communal spaces.

The building is carefully positioned within landscaped grounds, with lush greenery, ornamental grasses, and manicured shrubs framing the façades. The planting design complements the warm and earthy tones of the architecture, creating a cohesive visual experience.

Generous setbacks and walkways encourage pedestrian flow and create a park-like setting, aligning with the project’s name and identity.

Park 570 balances modern condominium living with natural warmth, using durable materials and a well-proportioned massing strategy. Its architectural language is approachable yet refined, with strong attention to detail in the stonework, rooflines, and balcony integration. The result is a building that feels contemporary but rooted, offering both visual interest and a welcoming residential environment.
